TRENDING: Pattaas Actress Mehreen Pirzadaa To Tie The Knot!

Congratulations to the couple!

Mehreen is a known face in the Telugu film industry but she got her recognition in the Tamil film industry with Dhanush’s Pattaas. Mehreen has done films like F2 alongside Venkatesh Daggubati and Varun Tej. She was also the female lead in Vijay Deverakonda’s NOTA. Earlier there were rumours floating around that Mehreen is all set to tie the knot.

The actress’s mother has now confirmed that she is all set to tie the knot to the politician Bhavya Bishnoi. Her mother has further added that an engagement will take place in the month of March. “It’s an arranged marriage set-up. We received their proposal during the lockdown. The two hadn’t met before; we introduced them over the phone as meeting in person then wasn’t possible because of the pandemic. Eventually, the families also met and got to know each other. It was important that they (Mehreen and Bhavya) be comfortable with each other,” said Mehreen’s mother Pammi to TOI.

“It will be held on March 12, at Alila Fort, near Jaipur. It’s going to be a small, intimate, affair, with just the close-knit family in attendance. We are following the COVID-19 guidelines and keeping the guestlist limited,” said Pammi further adding that this event would be a private affair.

Grandson of former Haryana CM, late Bhajan Lal and son of Adampur MLA Kuldeep Bishnoi, Bhavya is also a TEDx speaker and fitness enthusiast. Mehreen, meanwhile, is shooting for her Telugu film, F3, now. “We haven’t fixed the wedding date yet. We are hoping the COVID-19 situation would get even better soon and we can have a grand celebration,” Pammi concludes.

On the work front, Mehreen is completing her final schedule of F3, the sequence of F2. The film also has Venkatesh Daggubati, Varun Tej and Tamannaah Bhatia.
