TRENDING: Nayanthara Roped In For Ajith’s Next!

Nayanthara and Ajith are easily one of most loved pairs but they turned out to be a superhit Jodi after their chemistry in director Siva’s Viswasam was critically acclaimed. Ajith’s next, his 60th film, is titled Valimai and the Nerkonda Paarvai team comprising of director H Vinoth and producer Boney Kapoor are getting back together. The team has successfully kickstarted with a Pooja but the female lead is still unknown.

Various speculations are doing rounds but many sources confirm that it would be Nayanthara and Ajith together for the fourth time. However, there is no official confirmation yet from the team’s side. During the Pooja, the team has revealed to the press that the shortlisting process is underway and the confirmation for the rest of the cast and crew will be announced in about a month after all the pre-production work is done.

Indian Express quoted a source, “H Vinoth is working on the script, and is yet to lock the cast and crew members.” Sources close to the team have revealed that director Yuvan Shankar Raja is being considered to score music. Revealing a bit about Thala’s role, he will be seen playing the role of a cop and will be seen in a never before avatar on the big screen.

Boney Kapoor’s daughter and actress Janhvi Kapoor congratulated the team on Pooja day by taking it on social media. So did director H Vinoth. He wrote, “With All Your Love n Blessings !! #Thala60 Its #Valimai !! Had a great Pooja day With all Golden Hearts !! Super excited to Kick Start again with #Thala !!”

 


The title broke all records and 3 million tweets were tweeted with the hashtag #Valimai.

Thanking all the fans, Vinoth wrote, “Your love for our #Valimai can’t be expressed in words !! Thank You to everyone who wishes our Team #Valimai !! Will give our level best for you all #Thala Our Game Starts With # Valimai!”
