TRENDING: Aishwarya Rajesh Wins The Kalaimamani Award!

Congratulations Aishwarya!

Talk about choosing wise scripts and Aishwarya Rajesh comes first to mind. But, that’s not it, wise scripts and talent go hand-in-hand making her an actress we all love watching onscreen. Her roles have always been realistic and her performances are refreshing. Be it the beautiful Malarvizhi from Pannaiyarum Padminiyum or the mother of the two little boys from Kaaka Mutta, she has owned the characters she has portrayed, completely.

Although she began her career with small budget films she is now one of the busiest actresses with a variety of roles and genres. Through her pure dedication and talent, she has become the choice of many A-list directors like Mani Ratnam, Vetrimaran, Gautam Menon, etc. Her role as a Sri Lankan Tamil Renu stood out shining in Mani Ratnam’s multistarrer film Chekka Chivandha Vaanam and the role of Padma in Vada Chennai were some of the high points of 2018 for Aishwarya.

Last year this 28-year-old actress ended the year in style with Kanaa which was centred around her character. Aishwarya is known for her impeccable choice of roles and after her stellar performance in Vaanam Kottatum, Aishwarya went on to don the role of Ariyanaachi in the film Ka Pae Ranasingam that has captivated the heart of her audience. It may have looked effortless, but the amount of hardwork Aishwarya had put in to nail this role was visually witnessed. The power and prowess with which she owned this role will never be forgotten.

As a result, TN Government has granted her the prestigeous Kalaimamani Award for Aishwarya’s immense contribution towards the field of cinema. Actor Sivakarthikeyan has also been granted the same.

Congratulations to Aishwarya on yet another feat!

Aishwarya has a quite a packed line-up of films. She will  be seen in Gautham Menon’s Dhruva Natchathiram alonsgide Vikram. Apart from that she has Tuck Jagadish in Telugu alongside Nani. She also has Idam Porul Yeval and Idhu Vedhalam Sollum Kadhai among several other Tamil and Telugu projects.
