For quite sometime now, Jai and Anjali’s relationship has been doing the rounds – three years to be precise. The couple has done multiple films together including ‘Engayum Eppodhum’ and ‘Balloon’. They also did the Dosa Challenge with each other while it was for couples alone.

The couple has, however, Neither accepted nor denied. In a recent interview, a question regarding the same popped up again and this is what actor Jai had to say, “We share a close rapport but that doesn’t mean that we are in a relationship. She is a good friend of mine.”

Usually during the actress’s birthday, Jai posts a loveable wish with a picture for her everyday. However, this year he didn’t.

Sources close to the couple confirmed to India Today, “There were reports in social media about trouble in Anjalis paradise, and these rumours gained momentum after Jai failed to wish Anjali. Anjali is now focussing on her career as she has an exciting line up of films.”

He further added that there are no chances of getting married anytime soon.

The actor is awaiting the release of ‘Party’ and ‘Neeya 2’. Jai is also expected to act in a Malayalam flick ‘Madhura Raja’ alongside Mammooty and Mahima.
