Meena and Rajinkanth have given some huge hits including films like Muthu, Yejamaan and Veera. However, the first time they met was on the sets of Anbulla Rajinikanth when an adorable 9-year-old Meena acted to be the fan of the then emerging star Rajinikanth. In fact, superstar’s wife Latha Rajinikanth had also made an appearance in the film. Meena has been unstoppable ever since.

Reminscing her moments from Anbulla Rajinikanth as a child artist, Meena shared a beautiful Instagram picture with a nostalgic caption. “From the archives..Engeyo Ketta Kural 💜💙my first movie with @rajinikanth #spmuthuramansir@starambika @radha3915 Though I was introduced in Nenjangal,this was the movie which got released first,” she wrote.

Meena’s friend and peer Khushbu Sundar also commented on this adorable post. “Such a cutie… you havent changed much dear❤️❤️❤️,” wrote Khushbu.

Meena and Rajinikanth’s chemistry has worked wonders in various films and they are taking it forward in Rajinikanth’s next film titled Annathae which also stars Khushbu Sundar in the lead role. The film will be directed by Siruthai Siva and the music will be composed by D. Imman. The film is being produced by Sun Pictures and has Keerthy Suresh, Nayanthara, Parotta Soori and Prakash Raj in pivotal roles.
