AR Rahman is a fairly global figure today especially after he won an Oscar for his composition and even composed tracks for Hollywood. While he makes waves in various industries even now, fans haven’t stopped. Most recently, popular American singer Selena Gomez expressed her interest in working with Rahman.

“I like AR Rahman’s work. He is a global figure today. I would love to sing or be part of his compositions. I think it would be beautiful to sing for (a) Bollywood (movie),” she said adding that she follows a few more Indian composers. “I have been following few musicians in India and I believe they are wonderful.”

Selena Gomez began her career as a Disney star and then went on to pursue a career in singing which turned out to work really well for her. She also dated fellow singer Justin Bieber but has since moved on from him.
