Last week, rumours did the rounds that the actress confessed that she’d like to marry Prabhu Deva some day. She also said she would like to act with him but marrying him was what she really wanted. She had even tweeted on his birthday with a selfie of the two, treasuring their friendship with the caption: ‘Happy birthday my world! My family! Sorry for the late post! The most amazing human in my life! Words cannot explain how much u mean to me…..prabhudeva! [sic].

Prabhu Deva is yet to comment on this new development.
On the work front, Nikesha started shooting for the sequel of Guntur Talkies last week. Contrary to her usual glamorous image, Nikesha will be seen in a simple look clad in half sarees and minimal makeup as she plays a village belle. She had said that she was a bit uncertain if her look would work but the actress has been getting appreciation from many after sharing images and videos from the sets of the film.
She will also be seen in a Tamil film titled Pandi Muni, featuring Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff. Directed by Kasthuri Raja, the film was recently launched.
