Simbu’s relationships have always been under immense scrutiny. Therefore when Simbu and Hansika took to social media to announce they were dating and were to marry soon, it sent Kollywood fans into a media frenzy. Their romantic banter on Twitter was widely publicized each and every time, and soon enough they announced their breakup online too. Simbhu sent a very sourly worded open statement to media regarding the same.

Post their very public breakup, neither Simbu nor Hansika ever met at a public event or were even close to each other. This year, rumours were abuzz that the couple has been dating yet again. Putting an end to all the buzz, Hansika posted a picture of her holding Simbu’s hand. But this time it wasn’t real-life love. The couple will be seen next in a film titled ‘Maha’ as leads.

The exes have already begun shooting and their first few pictures are going viral.

Simbu has been extremely busy shooting back to back films. The actor has been rigorously training for martial arts in London for his upcoming film with Venkat Prabhu titled ‘Maanaadu’. The film is a remake of the Kannada blockbuster ‘Mufti’.

Actor Simbu’s ‘Vandha Raja Vaadhan Varuven’ was not a commercial success but his fans are touted to have enjoyed the film. Simbu is currently in London training for his upcoming film ‘Maanaadu’. He looked dapper at his brother Kuralarasan’s birthday. While Simbu has some exciting projects coming up, his private life has always been under scrutiny. His relationships with Nayanthara followed by Hansika was out and about after which the actor had decided to keep his life away from the media.

Looks like it that he is back in the news for his private life yet again. It has been reported that the actor is all set tie the knot this August with a woman who is a relative. However, no official confirmation is out yet.

On the other hand, Hansika hasn’t been seen in many films off late. The latest film of her’s with actor Atharva titled ‘100’ was not a huge success and her role wasn’t strong too. With ‘Maha’ which is a woman-centric film, Hansika is hoping to make a comback with a meatier role.

The film is written and directed by U.R.Jameel. Produced by Etcetera Entertainment, the music is being composed by Ghibran. The film will also see actor Srikanth and Thambi Ramaiyah in pivotal role.
