Vijay’s son Jason Sanjay, is currently pursuing a course in film making in Canada. While the actor along with his wife Sangeetha and his daughter are in Chennai , his elder son was completing his higher studies in Canada.  However, according to media Sanjay is back in Chennai to be with his parents. TOI reported that Viay’s had taken a bus to some star hotel upon his arrival where he quarantined himself for 14 days. And according to the same report, he has left for his residence a day back to meet his parents.

Earlier this year it was said that when he returns, he would be all set to make his Tamil Debut and that too with the dashing Vijay Sethupathi. He also made news for directing a couple of short films as a part of his studies.  Recently a photo of him with his friends are doing rounds in the internet.

It has been reported that Sanjay will be seen in the remake of the Telugu film Uppena which revolves around the Nalgonda honour killing incident. Vijay Sethupathi sported the role of a villain in the Telugu film and will reprise his role in the Tamil version too. Apart from that, Sethupathi will also be producing this film along with Mythri Movie Makers. It is to be noted that Vijay Sethupathi has played the role of a villain to both the father and the son.

Meanwhile, Thalapathy Vijay fans are eagerly looking forward to a huge surprise from the actor in his upcoming film, Master. Vijay will be next seen in Master along with Vijay Sethupathi and Malavika Mohanan. The film is directed by Kaithi maker Lokesh Kanagaraj.  Apart from Vijay, Vijay Sethupathi and Malavika, Master will also feature Andrea, ShanthanuBhagyaraj and Nassar in important roles.
