Last season of Bigg Boss Telugu reached a new high as Telugu superstar Nagarjuna as the host won several hearts. The actor’s impeccable style of hosting and his huge fanbase to the TRP levels so high, that it was a new record set. With Nagarjuna’s impeccable hosting, Bigg Boss has reached a whopping TRP rating of 17.9. The first season, which was hosted by Junior NTR had recorded 16.18 TRP’s while Nani hosted show got 15.05 TRP’s during the launch episodes.
Infact, doting daughter-in-law Samantha Akkineni took to twitter to appreciate the Manmadhudu actor’s efforts. “Wowwwwwwwwwzaaaaa @iamnagarjuna the greatest,” tweeted Samantha.
Looks like Nagarjuna is all set to bring back that charm and charisma into the game.
Nagarjuna Akkineni is returning as host for Bigg Boss Telugu 4 and has already kick-started the shoot for the much-awaited season. The actor was reportedly spotted at Annapurna Studios today as he was gearing up for the promo shoot. After unveiling the logo teaser, the makers are set to release the new promo of the reality show soon.
Reportedly, the first episode will air from August 30th. An official statement is awaited on the same. The names of the contestants have not been confirmed yet but the speculated names included actor Shraddha Das who later confirmed that she is not a part of the show.
“I have not been approached for Big boss Telugu & I am not a part of it. Once again, inundated with msgs from a lot of ppl askin me about it & putting my name up as if it is confirmed already. Will have to take legal action on the sources otherwise! Making it clear 1 last time pls,” she tweeted.
