Tamannaah plays Mahalakshmi and co-starring is Siddhu, Guillermo Uria Viar, Jeffrey Ho, Nikos Vatikiotis, Geetanjali, Roopa Lakshmi, CVL, Narsimha Rao, Shibani Dandekar, Clifton Brown and Samarth Ashok Hegde.
Jeffrey Ho was seen in the original Queen as well and he reprises the same character, Taka.

The movie was shot in Mysore and Paris. The Tamil version of the film stars Kajal Aggarwal while the Kannada one stars Parul Yadav, and the Malayalam version stars Manjima Mohan.
Queen, that starred Kangana Ranaut, narrates the story of Rani, who goes on her honeymoon to Paris alone after her fiance calls-off the wedding on the final day. The trip transforms her completely. Rajkummar Rao played Kangana’s fiance in the film.
The Telugu remake is being directed by Prashanth Varma, who made his directorial debut with Awe this year. The young filmmaker will be replacing filmmaker Neelakanta, who was initially roped in last year for directing the film. Amit Trivedi has composed the music of the film. Along with the Telugu version, the producers have released the teasers of Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada versions as well. The movie is expected to hit the screen next year.
Her other future projects are Kanne Kalaimaane with Udhayanidhi Stalin, F2 – Fun & Frustration – a Telugu movie starring alongside Venkatesh Daggubati and Varun Tej, and NTR: Kathanayakudu – the biopic on the former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N T Rama Rao in which Nandamuri Balakrishna plays the titular character. She will also be a part of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy – a period film which stars Chiranjeevi, Amitabh Bachchan, Vijay Sethupathi, Jagapati Babu and Nayanthara. And she has Devi 2 – A L Vijay’s sequel to his 2016 hit horror comedy Devi in which Tamannaah starred alongside Prabhudeva.
