The minor girl, currently studying in a girl’s college alleged that the realtor has been raping her, taking obscene videos of her and blackmailing her. This has reportedly been continuing for the past four years. Apparently, the rapist had asked the young girl to undergo abortion twice. The girl further alleged that he had asked her to never file a case against her and if she does he blackmailed her that he would leak the videos and pictures.
But, Radhakrishnan did not just rape a minor girl. The former’s friend’s wife also filed a second complaint alleging that the realtor had raped her several times too and urged that action must be against him immediately.
Considering all the complaints and petitions against him, Radhakrishnan applied to get a bail. But, his wife was not happy with the way this case was handled so lightly and filed a petition in the court which read that his bail must not be accepted.
“He has done this to several women and only if they come out and report it, the case will grow bigger. He takes sexual videos and photos and I have heard several women say this. But police are saying that there is no evidence,” she told the media. Sumathi* also said that she was filed for divorce after learning of her huband’s activities. “Police are not handling the case properly. Affected women are being sent away or threatened. My husband has asked for bail but as a woman I have opposed it,” she added backing her petition.
“We can’t reveal more details because the case involves a minor,” says Erode SP Sakthi Ganesh. “We are still conducting investigations,” the police said in an exclusive with The News Minute.
