Yes, you heard it right! One of the most sizzling onscreen couples who won everyone’s heart with their movie ‘Ninne Pelladata’ are now getting back together and we cannot be more excited. However, hold your excitement because they are not going to be seen onscreen as a couple. Tabu will be in the movie while Nagarjuna will be the producer of it.

Nagarjuna’s son Akhil Akkineni is now all set to start shooting for his next film and the cast of it just got better. Actress Tabu will be sporting the role of mother to Nagarjuna’s son after she was happy with the script. However, the other cast members will reportedly be decided by this week. The first schedule will roll in Hyderabad. With this film, Tabu will be returning to the Tollywood film industry after a decade. The movie will be produced by Nagarjuna and directed by Vikram K Kumar.

“Tabu was approached for the project a few months ago. After going through the script, she immediately gave her nod. Other cast members will be locked by this weekend. One can expect an official announcement within a fortnight. The film will roll next month with a 30-day schedule in Hyderabad,” a source told Mid-Day.

Tabu and Nagarjuna were rumored to be dating in the 90s during which they gave back to back hits with Ninne Pelladata and Aavida Maa Aavide. Tabu is currently shooting Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal Again co-starring Ajay Devgn, Tusshar Kapoor, Kunal Kemmu, Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade and Neil Nitin Mukesh.
