A lot of online and media reported that Trisha is planning to tie the knot with Nayanthara’s ex-boyfriend and Tamil actor, director and singer, Simbu. Trisha and simbu have acted in many film together, the couple’s on-screen chemistry is on point, it will be a lovely news if it is true. The rumor has been doing rounds after Rana’s engagement but is stronger than ever before now, making a lot wonder if it is true.  The last time they worked together was in  the short film titled ‘Karthik Dial Seytha Yenn’ is a sequence to the hit romance  Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa.  Directed by Gautham Menon, starring Simbu and Trisha. The movie follows a phone conversation between the two iconic characters after they continue to stay in touch for a decade. Karthik is stuck indoors and is worried about the lockdown and the whole situation as it affects his career in movies. The two speak about how their journey in their life has been and their fondness for each other.

Later from Trisha’s team it was stated that that is nothing but a mere rumour. However, Simbu’s father and actor-turned-politician T Rajendran during a recent press interaction at one of his political campaigns was asked if his son would be tying the knot to Trisha. Instead of rubbishing it as a baseless rumour, the actor said no comments which went on to create further speculations.

Actor Simbu has been creating quite the news during this lockdown. With the fitness challenge he did, he was surely the talk of the town. Apart from that, Simbu has been quite active on social media. He has been engaging his fans and followers with various lockdown activities. One of his very recent was the cooking fiasco. Simbu was seen cooking Chicken curry for his parents in a video. He was seen cooking with his friend, actor VTV Ganesh.

In the video uploaded by Simbu, VTV Ganesh is seen making fun of him and saying that the actors wife is left with no job to do as the actor is cooking as well. To this statement Simbu replied by saying that a wife who comes home is a companion, and she should not be treated like a maid. This has won the hearts of netizens who applauded the actor. The video also won the heart of kazhugu actress Bindu Madhavi. The actress who is also friends with Simbu expressed her delight and wrote through  her twitter account, “Right attitude sim we all waiting to meet her….”
