The New Year is finally here and while people are still holding on to 2018, it goes without saying that 2019 has a lot in store for us. Right from good movies lined up to better policies and more leaders surfacing, 2019 might just get more and more progressive. And there’s every reason to celebrate the New Year. Meanwhile, on the work front, Suriya has NGK and Kaappaan this year. NGK is directed by Selvaraghavan who is collaborating with Suriya for the first time. An intense film with Suriya playing a politically rebellious role, the film also stars Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet. His next – Kaappaan – is directed by KV Anand. For New Year’s, the makers shared the first-look of the film which stars Mohanalal and Arya in key roles while Sayyeshaa will be seen playing the leading lady.
