Superstar Rajinikanth Finally Joins Jallikattu Protest: Kollywood Turns Out In Huge Numbers

As the entire youth protests for Jallikattu, Kollywood’s magnificent stars take part in the Nadigar Sangam’s silent protest. They have requested media to not cover their protest as the youth are the real heroes and the attention must be given to them.

The protest started at 8 am and a lot of stars have walked in from then. Stars like Superstar Rajinikanth, Ajith Kumar, Suriya, Sivakarthikeyan, Trisha and Karthi show their support for issuing an ordinance to amend the Law banning Jallikattu.

 

 

 

Superstar Rajinikanth was trolled on social media for not speaking up against the ban. The star finally stepped out to stand up with the protesters.

 


Suriya, who has been busy promoting his upcoming movie Singham 3, came back to the city and joined the protest. The movie has topped headlines for the delay in its release. However, it’s scheduled to release on January 25th and it’ll be interesting to see if the release gets affected again.

 

 

 

 

Actor Vishal, who was slammed for his opinion on Jallikattu told the media that he was never against it and that his comments were mistaken. He was in the National capital to appeal the centre government to put a hold on the Supreme court’s decision.

 

 

 

 

Ajith, who has been shooting for his upcoming flick in Bulgaria, flew down to  Chennai for the protest.
