Soundarya Rajinikanth Wishes Her Parents Happy Anniversary!

The adorable couple turns 43!

 Veteran actor Rajinikanth and his wife Latha celebrate 43 years of togetherness. On this special occasion, their younger daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth penned an emotional message on her social media handle expressing her love for the duo. Soundarya recently took it to her Twitter to wish her parents on their anniversary. The Kochadaiyaan director shared a heartfelt tweet, which read  “43 years of togetherness, my darling amma & appa !!!! .. always standing by each other rock-solid, amma cherishes and makes appa wear the chain and rings they exchanged 43 years ago every year !!!!!  Love you both too much and more#CoupleGoal” along with a sweet picture of the pair showing off the rings and chain they exchanged 43 years ago.

Rajinikanth fondly called as “superstar” by his massive fan following met his now wife in the 1980s. The couple met each other on the set of Thillu Millu, Latha Rangachar, who was then pursuing her English literature at Ethiraj College and was the cultural secretary of the college got an opportunity to meet the actor to interview him for their college magazine. soon after their first conversation, the couple realized they had a lot of common interests and an unexplainable connection.”It felt like we’ve known each other for a long time” Latha shared in an interview when asked about their first meet. Soon after their interview Rajini confessed his feelings to Latha and asked her parents for her hand in marriage. The couple got married on February 26, 1981, at Balaji Temple in Tirupathi, and have remained a devoted and loving couple ever since.
