Bombay Jayashri Ramnath is an Indian Carnatic vocalist, singer, and musician. She has sung in multiple languages including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi movies. She was scheduled to perform at the Tung Auditorium, Yoko Ono Lennon Centre, University of Liverpool, on Friday evening, 24th March 2023.
Sources close to the singer said she suffered a brain haemorrhage and has been rushed to the hospital. Reports also state that the she is undergoing a key hole surgery and the condition is reversible. “All the parameters are good,” said a source who is supposed to be a family member.
