Michael Corsale is a theater actor from London and that is also where he met Shruti. “Shruti and Michael met for the first time in London through a common friend, when she was there to record a track with the British alternative rock band, Dinosaur Pile-Up. They are very happy together,” a source told Mumbai Mirror.
Surprisingly, Michael has also met Shruti’s father Kamal Haasan while he was in London.
However, Shruti decided to open up about her rumored beau to the media. She said, “I don’t talk about my personal life because it’s very precious to me.”
She added, “All of us who have had a partner know that those people are the pillar of support in your life and I don’t want to share that with everybody. It’s just not something I feel comfortable talking about.”
When asked if she has plans of getting married anytime soon, the 31-year-old actor said, “As far as me wanting to get married is concerned, I never over plan. Every time I have planned something, the Universe is like ‘Ha! Ha! Just kidding. Now you have to go in another direction.’ So, I don’t over plan at all.”
