Shriya Saran was one of the topmost actresses in the industry once upon a time. She was later never seen in many movies let alone doing strong, lead roles. She holds a few films in her kitty but that’s about it. What we love about this ‘Manam;’ actress is that she is a huge social media lover and loves to engage her fans with her stunning pictures. However, what Shriya never does is sharing her personal (read: married) life on the same.

Many fans and multiple journalists during multiple press conferences have asked her this, “How long have you been married and what does your husband do?”

It is only recently that the actress has been quite open about her married life where she has been sharing some sweet moments from her daily routine on social media. The couple lives in Spain and the actress has been talking about the quarantine situation for a while now. In one of her videos we could see Andrei doing the dishes and Shriya has taken a video of it. She further adds that in such difficult times, it is imperative that the family works together as one and helps each other to keep the home running. A lovely gesture indeed!

Recently, Shriya talked about the first time she met Andrei and how the couple got together. “God has been kind and I’m blessed to have such a supportive partner like Andrei. I somehow like the word partner more than a husband. Because Andrei is like my partner-in-crime, partner-in-fun and everything else. He’s really proud of me and my work. Whenever I’m stressed or worried about what I’m doing, he always tries to calm me down. He’s the best thing that’s happened to me and I’m loving every minute that I spend with him,” she said.

Shriya and Andrei met each other in Maldives and Andrei wasn’t aware that Shriya was an actress. When he did, he asked her for the links to her films.

“One gesture of his that surprised me the most was when he once took me to St. Petersburg. I had shot for a song with Mahesh Babu there for Arjun (2004). Obviously, he didn’t know about this or so I thought. When I reached St. Petersburg, he picked me up in his car and he took me to all the places where I shot and he kept asking me, do you remember?’ and I’m like, no, I don’t remember anything’. And then he started laughing and said, you shot at all these places’. I was stunned and asked him how he knew this, and he replied because I saw it’. That was the cutest thing he had done,” she stated.
