The actor’s last Telugu film was ‘Jaanu’ after which she hasn’t signed up for any film in that language. The actor might be flipping this record as recent buzz states that she’s going to join hands with Mahesh Babu in a film directed by SS Rajamouli.
She has worked with him previously in blockbuster films like Dookudu and Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. The pair received an overwhelming response from the audience and the movies became a super-duper hit.
There’s no official confirmation of the same but this superhit pair might reach our screens yet again under SS Rajamouli’s directorial.
Earlier, there was also buzz that Samantha is set to make her Bollywood debut by signing a project with Taapsee Pannu’s production house for a film.
Talking about her recent movies, Samantha will be seen in Gunasekhar’s Shaakuntalam and Vignesh Shivan’s Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal. Shaakuntalam is Samantha’s maiden period film and the release date is yet to be announced.
