Samantha To Travel To THIS COUNTRY For Her Treatment? Details Inside!

Samantha just saw the release of her film Yashoda directed by the Hari-Harish duo. While the film fared quite well in the box-office, all critques and audiences heaped praises on Samantha for wonderfully performing in the movie. Her action sequences were orchestrated to perfection in the movie. Before the release of the film, she also took the Internet by storm by announcing that she was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease called Myositis. She broke down on camera in an interview before the movie’s release, when she shared about her struggle with the condition. However, she has been working extremely diligently inspite of her medical issue.

Now, reports suggest that the actress is most likely to travel to South Korea for advanced treatment. Apparently, the Family Man actress was undergoing Ayurvedic treatment, which did not really help her case. Therefore, she has speculatedly decided to take a few months off, and undertake treatment in South Korea. Earlier it was revealed that the 35-year-old was using Korean skincare products for the her glowing skin. She is expected to recover completely in the country and return back to her shoot with Vijay Deverakonda for ‘Kushi’. However, these are only speculations and not official information.

In the interview with VJ Ramya, Samantha broke down while talking about her struggle with myositis. Talking about her path towards recovery, she said, “As I said earlier, there are some good days and there are some bad days. On some days, getting up from bed is difficult. And on some days, I want to fight. Slowly, the days I want to fight are becoming more. It’s been three months now. I want to clarify that I am not dying anytime soon. I saw many articles that I have a life-threatening condition. No, I don’t. It’s an autoimmune condition. It’s draining and tiring. I’ve always been a fighter and I will fight.”

Samantha, after the release of Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, is awaiting the release of Shaakuntalam. The film, directed by Gunasekhar, is a Telugu mythological film based on Kalidasa’s Shaakuntalam. The film also stars Dev Mohan, Mohan Babu, Aditi Balan and Ananya Nagalla in titular roles. The latest update from the team is the release date of the film. The makers have revealed that the project will be out in cinema halls in November this year. Samantha has been on a signing spree in recent times. Even while she awaits the release of Shaakunthalam, she is working on many other projects and is also signing a few more. For example, the actor is all set to make her Hollywood debut with ‘Arrangements of Love’ in which she is likely to play a queer woman.
