Samantha was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called Myositis last year. She disclosed this information on her social media profile to have a clear channel of communication between her and her fans. Today, she posted a set of images where she is seen visiting a church in Belgrade, Serbia. To accompany the pictures, she has written a note where she describes her new ‘normal’. Her health has been a battle for her since the diagnosis but she has been a champion. In her post, she also wishes and prays for everyone who’s fighting battles like her.

Samantha is currently shooting in Serbia for Citadel with Varun Dhawan. She shares pictures with her co-star and the friendly banter they share is adorable. Just a couple of weeks earlier, she was in Turkey with her Kushi co-star Vijay Devarakonda. In terms of released projects, her movie Shaakuntalam didn’t do wonders at the box office. But we are awaiting the two other projects that she’s currently working on.
