Sai Pallavi is collaborating with Dhanush for the first time in Maari 2, a sequel to director Balaji Mohan’s 2015 film. The film also stars Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Tovino Thomas as the antagonist, and Krishna Kulasekaran.
The actress was recently seen in Diya, her Tamil debut, directed by AL Vijay. The film dealt with abortion, simultaneously releasing in Telugu as Kaanam. She has other projects in the pipeline including Selvaraghavan’s NGK with Suriya Sivakumar.
