Keerthy was seen for the first on-screen in 2016 with Dhanush's Thodari on September 22nd. Directed by Prabhu Solomon, the movie is about a couple on train from New Delhi to Chennai. Keerthy had a meaty role to play and captured the audience's attention within minutes! This train thriller film fared well at the box office giving a great start for the actress this year.
Next came Remo, which has already been declared a super hit! Keerthy collaborated with her favorite co-star Sivakarthikeyan. With amazing visuals by PC Sreeram and great music by Anirudh, the film took a whole new level and Keerthy's sincere and flawless performance was the biggest highlight of the movie!
Keerthy also bagged another biggie with Vijay's 60th film Bairavaa. While the plot of the film has not been revealed yet, the film will release for Pongal 2017. By acting alongside Vijay, Keerthy has made sure she is here to stay in the industry for a long time!
Keerthy Suresh has also signed a few more movies that will all release in 2017. Her schedule is completely packed till the end of the year! She will be seen in Paambhu Sattai opposite Bobby Simha. She also signed a film with Suriya which will be directed by Muttiah where she will be seen as a village belle. Keerthy also has 2 films in Telugu including Nani's Nenu Local.
