Vijay, employed at a private bank, returned home after work to find the door locked. Despite trying to reach his wife, he was unable to get inside until he broke open the lock and found his two sons, aged 7 and 4, frothing in the mouth. They were declared dead on arrival at the hospital.
Turns out, Vijay’s wife was in love with a man who worked at a nearby biriyani shop. Seeing Vijay as an obstruction in their love story, Abirami allegedly poisoned her children and eloped with him. She was later on caught the Koyambedy bus terminus.
Hearing about the incident, the actor and upcoming politician spent time with Vijay at his Poes Garden residence. Rajini Makkal Mandram’s administrator VM Sudhakar announced that Vijay has been appointed as the co-secretary of youth wing of the organisation in Kundrathur constituency.
Meanwhile, the title of Rajinikanth’s recent film is out. Titled Petta, the film’s first-look motion poster is out and features Rajinikanth looking rather different, almost similar to his avatar in Linga, with dyed beard and a mass entry.
Produced by Sun Network, the superstar is working Karthik Subbaraj for the first time, hinting that the announcement of his political party will probably not come anytime soon. The cast also includes Vijay Sethupathi, who is collaborating with Subbaraj for the fourth time.
