South Indian actor Raashii Khanna turned 31 years recently on 30th November. Last year, the actor motivated and urged all her fans to plant saplings as much as they can for the betterment of the environment. When she conveyed this message, she herself planted a sapling to set an example.

This year too, in order to keep up her promise, the actor shared photos and videos of herself planting a sapling on her Birthday. Taking to her Instagram, the actor shared a video of planting a sapling and wrote, “This day last year, I planted a sapling and promised to make it a birthday tradition and here I am..!
I dedicate this beautiful little sapling to those who are making a difference and inspiring us all to be better towards Mother Earth. A shout-out to all those doing their best for a greener planet. P.S. Thank you all for your birthday wishes. Love from you all matters the most to me 💚”

The actor also shared a few photos on her Twitter with a similar caption. The gesture is really appreciated because she surely will motivate many more people to plant trees and make the environment a better place.

On the work front, Raashii Khanna, who was last seen in Aranmanai 3, is currently filming for Sardar, Methavi and Thiruchitrambalam in Tamil and Thankyou in Telugu. Her Telugu film Pakka Commercial is in the post-production, while another Tamil film is delayed. The actor was also last seen in Bhramam, the malayalam remake of Andhadhun, where she reprised the role of Radhika Apte.
