Priyanka Chopra was a hit at the Billboards Music Awards held in Las Vegas. She wore a backless Versace gown with a thigh-high slit! PeeCee earlier ruled the red carpet, both at the Oscars and at the White House Correspondents Dinner. Now, the Baywatch star killed it on Billboards red carpet too!
