Legendary actress Sri Devi passed away last week at the age of 54 in Dubai on February 24th late night. With the final rites and funeral happening later that week, Celebrities from all languages and walks of life came to attend the funeral. Public homage was done too for the female Superstar. Boney Kapoor her husband and her daughter Janhvi released emotional statements on the same. Sridevi is survived by Janhvi and Khushi her daughter. Today a prayer meeting was held in her name and celebs attended the somber occasion to pay homage to Female Superstar. A source close to the family was reported as saying, “Sridevi has a huge body of work down South and it was important to make sure that everyone who has worked with her or whose lives were touched by the actress should be a part of her final journey. Hence, a prayer meet has been scheduled at the Crowne Plaza in Chennai on Sunday evening.”

Apart from Boney and his daughters, Amar Singh, the Marwah family, sister Lata and her husband Sanjay Ramaswamy and the Ayyappan family are expected to be present.
