PIC TALK: Shruti Haasan Shares Photo Of Swollen Face! See Why!

Shruti Haasan, daughter of Veteran actor Kamal Haasan, started her film career way back in 2000 with his Hey Ram. She would have played a minor role as Vallabhai Patel’s daughter, while she also lent her voice to the song ‘Ram Ram’ along with her father. She then made her debut in 2009 with the Hindi film Luck. Now, she has completed 13 whole years in the film industry as an actor and a singer, and here’s what she has to say about it!

Shruti Haasan is always active on social media and keeps her followers up to date. A few months ago, sharing a video on Instagram, she said, “Hi everyone. I can’t believe it’s been 13 years since I’ve been in this wonderful industry. I can’t tell you how grateful, honoured and thankful I am every single day for your love and support. And what better way to celebrate that than to be on set today? Working, continuing to work and having the opportunity to express myself through this medium as well. Yeah, it’s been amazing, I’ve been really…I don’t have words, just thank you.”

Recently, she took to her Instagram to share a photo of herself with a swollen face. Looks like the actress got sick with sinus, fever and cold and therefore her face had swollen up. Sharing the photo, along with other glam selfies, the actress had written, “n a world of perfect selfies and posts – here are the ones that didn’t make it to the Final Cut – bad hair day/fever and sinus swollen day / period cramp day and the rest 😂 hope you enjoy these too 😎 #stayweird” The actress received a lot of appreciation for her bold decision to post such a photo.
