Dhanush and Sneha did the critically acclaimed film ‘Pudhupettai’ where the duo was appreciated for their impeccable acting by the critics. However, we never got to see them do films together post that. It was earlier confirmed that the duo will be seen together in a film. Little did we know that they were a part of Dhanush’s next, Pattaas. When the first look released, Dhanush was seen clad in a colourful T-shirt and looking dapper.

However, looks like it the actor will be seen donning a double role – a younger and an older version of the actor. While the younger Dhanush is seen romancing Mehreen Pirzaada, a new picture of the old Dhanush is seen alongside actress Sneha.

 

 

 

 

 

Dhanush’s Pattaas will be seen narrating the story of the old Tamil Martial Arts. Written and directed by RS Senthil Kumar, the film is produced by Sathya Jyothi Films. After being the cinematographer of Maari, Anegan and Maari 2, Om Prakash will be cranking the camera for this one too.  While the music directors of this film would be Vivek and Mervin.

On the professional front, Dhanush has Pattaas, an untitled with Periyerum Perumal’s director Maari Selvaraj, another untitled with Raatchasan’s director Ram Kumar and finally Vada Chennai 2 with director Vetrimaaran.

While Sneha, on the other hand, will be taking a little break from films as she awaits the birth of her second child. Her babymoon pictures from London along with Prasanna and her little tot Vihan have been going viral.
