Vanitha Vijayakumar got married in a private ceremony yesterday and the pictures have been going viral ever since. It has not even been a day since the couple let out these pictures that their marriage is already in trouble. Vanitha’s husband Peter Paul’s wife Elizabeth Helen has lodged a Police complaint against her husband for not legally divorcing her before Peter married Vanitha.

The couple has two kids and have been living separately for the past seven years. However, Elizabeth has stated in her complaint that it is illegal to marry another woman while being married to the first wife. Further inquiry is bound to take place shortly.

Vanitha Vijayakumar has been in the film industry for a long time now and she never ceases make it to the headlines. Be it a property dispute with her family or her estranged relationships, Vanitha’s professional and personal life always makes news but the actress has always held a confident and a bold attitude to such news. The actress was in the news now for yet another personal reason. It was earlier reported that she is getting married but there were no confirmations from her side. In an exclusive with JFW, Vanitha confirmed that she was getting married. “Yes, I am very much getting married. In fact, I am extremely happy and excited for this new beginning in my life,” stated Vanitha. She further added that the wedding would be with Mr. Peter Paul. She later shared on social media about how she fell in love and even her daughter Jovitha turned out to be supportive of her.
