Nithya Menen reveals that she was harassed by a viral ‘film reviewer’ for 6 years!

Shocking Revelations!

Nithya Menen, who entered the film industry in 2008, was last seen in Indhu VS’s 19(1)(a). She is all set to see the release of Thiruchitrambalam on August 18th, where she is co-starring with Raashi Khanna, Priya Bhavani Shankar, and Dhanush. During one of her recent interviews in relation to promoting her last film, the actor opened up about a famous social media reviewer, who harassed her for 6 years. She added that her parents were also troubled by this reviewer.

Without revealing the identity, she said, “Those who believe whatever he says are the real fools. He has been harassing me for a long time. He began to speak about me publicly after he became viral. He has been bothering me for more than six years. I have shown incredible patience despite everyone asking me to file police complaint. He would call my parents on their phones. Finally, even they had to raise their voice after losing their patients. He would always call even when my mother was recovering from cancer. I have seen my father and mother, who are usually gentle and calm, speak angrily to him. I told them to block his number. I had to block almost thirty phone numbers that he owns.”

She then added that both her parents and her, blocked the number from which the person was harassing them. But, he reportedly tried to contact them from 30 different phone numbers just to harass them. This reviewer is apparently a Malayalam reviewer, who had reportedly let out a statement earlier that he was in love with Nithya Menen.

On the work front, Nithya Menen is awaiting the release of Aaram Thirukalpana and an Untitled Anjali Menon film, apart from Thiruchitrambalam. She has also signed up for a Telugu short film called Color of a Nation. She entered the film industry in 1998 as a child artist with a Kannada and an English film. She them made a Malayalam debut as a lead with Akasha Gopuram.
