Having charmed us with her measured performance in Bangalore Days, Nazriya Nazim had been on a break from acting after she married co-actor Fahaadh Faasil. The 23-year-old is back to the silver screen with Anjali Menon’s Koode, where she will star alongside Parvathy TK and Prithviraj Sukumaran! And not just this, Nazriya will also produce Fahaadh’s Varathan.

According to reports, the movie is directed by Amal Neerad and has the two collaborate for the second time, the last being Iyobinte Pusthakam in 2014. Producing under the banner Nazriya Nazim Productions, the actress shared the film’s first look.

Aishwarya Lekshmi plays the heroine while Littil Swayamp will crank the camera. Reports also state that the husband-wife duo is producing another project under their banner ‘Fahadh Faasil and Friends’. Titled Kumbalangi Nights, the film is directed by debutant Madhu C Narayanan.

Meanwhile, Nazriya’s Koode will release some time next month. She plays Prithviraj Sukumaran’s sister in the film, with the story exploring sibling love and relationships.
