The announcement was made on Sunday, with Atlee and Vijay teaming up for the third time while Nayanthara and Atlee are teaming up for the second time.

The film, likely to be a racy thriller, will begin shooting by January next year. Scheduled to be a Diwali next year, the rest of the cast and crew will be out soon. Meanwhile, Yogi Babu and actor Vivek have been confirmed as being part of the cast.
Nayanthara, who has already starred in three films in 2018 alone namely ‘Jai Simha’, ‘Kolamaavu Kokila’, and ‘Imaikka Nodigal’, has several films in the pipeline. ‘Aira’, directed by KM Sarjun, best known for the short films ‘Lakshmi’ and ‘Maa’, is said to be a horror-thriller. She also has ‘Viswasam’ with Ajith, ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’ with Chiranjeevi, ‘Love Action Drama’ with Nivin Pauly, and ‘Kolaiyuthir Kalam’.
