Vignesh Sivan was keen on casting his lady love in his next project with Suriya. But Suriya who had recently given the nod for the project is looking for a new face rather than Nayanthara. Suriya and Nayan have acted together in 3 movies, Ghajini, Aadhavan and Mass. While Ghajini was a blockbuster, the film was a hit due to Asin’s performance and the other two films, Aadhavan and Mass, failed miserably at the box office. So Suriya is not interested to act with Nayan and is looking for a fresh face. Suriya is said to take the final call about the female lead and KE Gnanavelraja will produce the movie on Studio Green banner. Also, Anirudh who composed music for Naanum Rowdy Than has been roped in for this movie.
