Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan have been dating for quite a long time now and after her open statement during her last movie Netrikan’s promotions, she claimed the ring is an Engagement ring in Tamil to the host. Ever since the buzz around K’town is that the two might get hitched pretty soon. On that note, whenever there’s a celebration or a festive, the couple never forgets to keep their fans in awe. Their vacation pictures, festival pictures, and many more go viral each time Vignesh shares them on his Instagram handle.

The couple last worked together in their hit movie – Naanum Rowdy Dhaan back in 2015. 6 years down the lane, the duo will be working again in Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal starring Vijay Sethupathi and Samantha playing the leads alongside Nayanthara. This director-actor couple had even co-produced the movie Koozhangal earlier this year.

Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal is one of the most awaited movies for its first collaboration of two big women stars, Nayanthara and Samantha together. The movie’s character reveal posters were released last month. Nayanthara plays Kanmani, Samantha plays Khatija and Vijay Sethupathi plays Rambo. All three posters looked ravishing instigating more curiosity in the minds of their fans. On that note, with the movie all set to release this month, the dubbing for the same has begun.

Vignesh Shivan took to his Instagram to reveal that Nayanthara would be dubbing her own voice for her role Kanmani in the movie. He said,”#Kanmani Anboda Kaadhalan naan ezhudhum dialogs neeyae Dub panradhu migundha Sandhosham !! #Kaathuvaakula we started dubbing for #kaathuvaakularendukaadhal” This would be the fifth time the actress is dubbing with her own voice followed by Iru Mugan (2016), Naanum Rowdy Dhaan (2015), Dora (2017)^, and Kolamavu Kokila (2018).

Nayanthara was last seen in her OTT hits Nizhal and Netrikan – a crime thriller where she played the role of a blind woman trying to solve the mystery of missing girls. She last appeared as the female lead of the Diwali release Annaatthe opposite Superstar Rajnikanth. The year 2022 looks promising with a series of movies like Gold, Godfather, etc. She is also said to make her digital debut with Bahubali: Before the Beginning web series.  As per the latest reports, She is currently shooting for her Bollywood debut alongside SRK titled Jawan directed by Atlee.

Samantha on the other hand was last seen in Jaanu, the Telugu remake of the Tamil hit ’96, and the OTT web series The Family Man. She was very much appreciated for her bold performance in the series. She even hosted a web Talk show which was released on one of the OTT platforms early this year. She has completed filming for the Telugu movie Shaakuntalam and is waiting for its release.

This movie sure is believed to be yet another blockbuster hit of this combination after Naanum Rowdy Thaan.
