A dream team indeed, Nayanthara, Madhavan, Siddharth and Meera Jasmine have finished shooting for their upcoming film titled TEST. A movie based on cricket, it’s one of the most awaited movies this year. Written and directed by Sashikant under Y Not Studios and produced by Ramachandran Chakravarthy and Sashikant, this movie will come to theatres this summer.

The movie shooting just concluded and the cast and crew celebrated the joy by sharing a BTS video on social media. The video gives a glimpse of what went behind the lens when these stalwarts got together to film a sports drama film. We enjoy such videos where we get to see our favorite actors do what they do best.

Madhavan and Siddharth have worked together before this in 2 other films, making this their third venture together. Madhavan was last seen in a Netflix web series titled The Railway Men which is based on the true events of the Bhopal Gas Tragedy. It received excellent reviews with special mention of the actor’s performances. Siddharth’s last release was Chithha, which was one of the best films of the year 2023. Everyone appreciated his work in the film and also the subject of the movie. Nayanthara’s last movie was Annapoorani which got under a lot of scrutiny because of the religious content in the film which seems to have angered the community. It would be interesting to see these actors come together for a film on sports.
