The biggest reason I began eating healthy was this little guy. Before he came along I abused my body with fad diets, high protien & very drastic weight loss regimes. Being an actor, the fear of being judged made me push the limit but it all changed from the day Hans was conceived . I wanted to be healthy for him and my priority was to nourish him and myself so that we could lead a smarter more conscious lifestyle. I’m lucky my husband made the change with me.
