In a recent interview, Manjima Mohan spoke extensively about her recent release Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada. The actress spoke about Simbu was an excellent actor and a dedicated one. In the earlier days of the shoot, she did not know that Simbu was a “one take” actor. Speaking about director Gautham Vasudev Menon, Manjima said that she was so moved by the script that she insisted that Gautham Menon does not kill her character in the film.
Apparently, GVM jokingly taunted Manjima after every shot saying this was her last shot and that she would be killed in the next scene. The actress also revealed how much she wanted her character Leela to stay alive throughout the movie and how much she liked every one of Gautham’s heroines.
