There have been reports before that Manjima Mohan and Gautham Karthik have been together for a while. The two met on the sets of the film Devarattam in 2019, and there have been speculations that the two are together, ever since. Earlier this year, on Manjima Mohan’s birthday, Gautham Karthik called her momo and hinted at how close they were. While the two have not yet announced their wedding, it seems like a wedding is on the cards.

In an Instagram conversation with fans, the actor was asked when he was going to get married. Replying to the quesition, he said, “Very soon, hopefully,” with a smile. According to reports, the two, who have been dating from 2019, have informed their parents about their relationship. Apparently, their families are also okay with the relationship, and are waiting for the two to tie the knot. However, this has not officially come from the couple.

On the work front, Manjima Mohan is working on October 31st Ladies Night. She was last seen in FIR, where she acted as a lawyer, along with Reba Monica John and Vishnu Vishal. She initially started her career as a child artist in 1997, with the Malayalam film industry. Her first debut as a  lead was in Oru Vadakkan Selfie in Malayalam, after which she debuted in Tamil with Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada. She has done six Tamil films after that.

Meanwhile, Gautam Karthik, who was last seen in Yutha Satham, is working on Pathu Thala co-starring Silambarasan. He is also filming for a film called 1947. Gautam Karthik started his career with Mani Ratnam’s Kadal in 2013. He has done 14 films so far, and all of them have been in Tamil.
