Friendship is a Tamil language sports romantic comedy starring the Bigg Boss season 3 fame Losliya Mariyanesan, the Indian Cricketer Harbhajan Singh, Arjun, and Sathish in the lead roles. This will officially mark the debut of both Losliya and Harbhajan on the big screen. The film is written and directed by John Paul Raj and Sham Suriya. It is to be dubbed in Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada languages as well and is likely to be released on 17 Sep’21 in theatres.

Losliya was last seen as an in-house contestant in Bigg Boss season 3 back in 2019. She was celebrated for her bubbly charm and impressive performance in the show. She even emerged as one of the finalists of the show. She has had a huge fan following ever since. Her next movie with her Bigg Boss season 3 co-contestant Tharshan Thiyagarajah and K.S. Ravikumar titled Kookle Kuttapa which is the Tamil remake of the hit GAndroid Kunjappan Ver 5.25 is to be released in 2022.

The trailer of the movie was released yesterday giving us a few insights on what would happen or what can be expected from the movie. The 2min 17s  long trailer gave us a few laughs and chills hinting us on something happening to Losliya  for which Sathish and Harbhajan are being held responsible.

 

 

The film looks promising and we will have to wait to see if it will emerge as the epitome of Friendship as the name suggests.
