Post Panneerselvam’s resignation, when Sasikala was all set to swear-in as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, fate turned against her and she was found guilty and convicted as the secondary accused of the disproportionate assets case along with Ilavarasi and Sudhakaran.
