On January 11th, South actor Keerthy Suresh had taken to her social media to share that she has tested positive for COVID-19 and that she is under Home quarantine for the same. She had written,” Hi everyone, I have tested positive for COVID-19, experiencing mild symptoms, despite taking all necessary precautions and safety measures, which is a scary reminder of the rate at which the virus is spreading. Please follow all the COVID safety norms and stay safe. I am currently in isolation and under safe care. Those who came in close contact with me, kindly do get tested.”

Well, here’s a relief for the actor’s fans. Today morning, Keerthy took t0 her Twitter again to tell the world that she has recovered and that she is back on track! She shared a photo of her in Yellow and said, “‘Negative’ can mean a positive thing these days. Grateful for all your love and prayers, hope you had a lovely Pongal and Sankaranthi!”

Meanwhile, on the work front, she is all set to star in Mari Selvaraj’s next – a political thriller opposite Udhayanidhi Stalin. While there is no official confirmation from the team, the cast and crew are said to be revealed early next year.

Keerthy is also awaiting the release of movies like ‘Good Luck Sakhi’, ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’, ‘Bola Shankar’ etc. Her next release in Tamil in the first quarter of 2022 is ‘Saani Kaayidham’ directed by Arun Madheshwaran in which director Selvaraghavan makes his debut as lead actor.
