After years, Deepika has surprised the Indian film industry by signing her next film in Telugu. Yes, you heard it right! But this is film no ordinary story. It is with none other than the Baahubali star himself, actor Prabhas. Taking to Instagram, the Chappaak actress confirmed the news.

The film, tentatively titled Prabhas 21, will go on floors by the end of this year. In an earlier tweet, Nag Ashwin stated that the sci-fi film will release by the end of 2021. Nag Ashwin took to Twitter to express his excitement. “We need a Queen who equals the King. After a lot of thought, we took this decision,” he tweeted.
On the professional front, Deepika Padukone has 83 starring Ranveer Singh and directed by Kabir Khan. She also has an untitled next alongside Siddhanth Chaturvedi and Ananya Pandey directed by Shakun Bhatra. Meanwhile Prabhas has Radhe Shyam also starring Pooja Hegde in the lead.
