Having last collaborated in Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru, Karthi Sivakumar and Rakul Preet are uniting again for the film Dev. The film is said to be high on action sequences. The team is all set to begin the next schedule of their shoot in Hyderabad, having already wrapped up a schedule in Chennai.

According to reports, the movie’s action sequences will take place in US, Europe, Mumbai and the Himalayas, mostly involving the two leads.

Made on a budget of Rs 55 crores, the film will include Karthi in a special look. Apart from the two leads, the cast includes Prakash Raj, Ramya Krishnan, Amrudha, Vignesh, Vamsi, Ravi and actor Karthik in pivotal roles.

Directed by Rajath Ravishankar, the film is produced by Prince Pictures, and has Harris Jayaraj on board for the music, and cinematographer Velraj is in charge of the camera.

Dev was officially launched in March this year.

Apart from this, Karthi has Kadaikutty Singam directed by Pandiraj. The film is touted to be a village drama also starring Sayyeshha, Sathyaraj, Priya Bhavani Shankar, and Arthana Binu.

Rakul Preet has NGK with Selvaraghavan, starring Suriya Sivakumar, and Luv Ranjan’s film with Ajay Devgn. She will also be seen in SK14.
