It’s been two years since the legendary writer passed away. Kamal Haasan shared a throwback picture of himself and Crazy Mohan and wrote how he changed the landscape of theatre and how well he conveyed serious philosophy through his plays under the veil of humour.

The actor completes the note saying that Crazy Mohan was a golden find and he filled the void left behind by those like Cho, Nagesh ad Mouli. “He was a true golden find when he did enter tamil cinema as he effortlessly filled the void left by Mr Cho Mr Nagesh and Mr.Mouli as they moved on to serious cinema (sic).”
Theirs was a bond so close where they would complete each other’s lines while scripting. Mr Mohan continues to be celebrated by his fans old and new via the legacy of plays and films he has left for us to enjoy !
