Jyotika is seen with a typical village look with kandangi sarees and big nose pins on both sides of her nose. Her big gold stud earrings and her big red Bindi all add up to her look. Her get-up clearly defines that she is portraying the role of a typical village woman. From the trailer it is very clear that Jyotika is the main lead who is most likely to settle the ideological differences between her brother and her husband. It looks like she will be playing a middle-aged woman who has to manage her own life while also resolving the rift between her brother and husband. 

During the trailer launch the actor opened up about how she could not have asked for a better role for her milestone film. ”I was able to perform the biggest strength of women in this film. That’s silence. Because about 90% of women are living in silence. But, they are strong. They are silent but strong. It is the most beautiful character I have played in my career,” she added. 

The movie also has Sasikumar, Samuthirakani in lead roles and Soori, Kalaiyarasan, Niveditha in supporting roles. The movie is bankrolled by Actor Suriya’s 2D Entertainment. 

Jyotika was last seen on Ponmagal Vandhal, which was a legal-drama which was also released on Amazon Prime. Fans are excited to see Jyotika in this brand new avatar!
