The Hrithik Roshan-Kangana Ranaut controversy continues! Hrithik’s father, Rakesh Roshan said in an interview that, ‘The truth about the Hrithik-Kangana episode will “shock everyone”.’ Kangana retaliated by taking a dig at the Mohenjo Daro actor.

She said, 'Hrithik is 43 years old. Why does his father always have to come to his rescue? Why does the daddy have to save his son?'

Rakesh Roshan had maintained a stoic silence after the actress’ dig, saying that he will speak up at the right time. Now, the filmmaker has finally broken his silence on the subject. Defending his earlier statement, he said that he plays an active part of Hrithik’s life. He further added that for a parent, it does not matter whether his child is 43 or 83 years old – the parent will always look out for his child, no matter what the son’s age. With this statement, Roshan Sr has made it clear that he will continue to stand for Hrithik in this ongoing tussle between the two actors.
