It’s All You: BOYS Actor Nakkhul Pens Down An Emotional Note For His Wife And New Mom Sruti!

Actor Nakkhul entered the film industry with the hit film Boys, however, he played the lead in the film Kaadhalil Vizhundhen with a complete makeover. He has since then done recognisable films like Maasilamani, Naan Ravaga Poren and Tamiluku En Ondrai Azhuthavum among many others. The actor has been quite active on social media and and there has been a lot of PDA going on since he got married to his childhood friend Sruti in the year 2016. The couple are now blessed with a baby girl who was born on August 2nd.

Recently, the actor talked about the beautiful feeling of becoming a father. Taking to Instagram the actor wrote, “Fam!!!!!!! I’m a daddy to an adorable princess now!!!! Thank you mommy @srubee #babykhulbee and I heart you You always me feel like a super hero What I did was just a drop in the ocean.. the actual drive being all of this is you Mrs @srubee .. right from deciding to become parents to doing all the research required to male this journey as happy as possible for #babykhulbee was simply awe inspiring.. you have no idea how proud you masked me feel!!! I always knew that you were a loving, strong willed, independent, human being.. but what u witness when you gave birth to our child was transcendental… Power of Motherhood.. Shakti! I am just blessed to do what I had to do Mommy .”

 

His wife Sruti also talked about the wonderful experience of being a new mommy. “I can’t believe that it’s already a week since our lil munchkin came into this world. I’m the kind of person who normalises and insist everyone to normalise men sharing household work and parenting but my man here deserves this appreciation post because right from supporting me from day one with anything and everything , to trusting my instincts and driving us all the way to Hyderabad from Chennai, with all our 4 cats , for my delivery leaving family behind and supporting me SINGLE HANDEDLY without anyone around in my third trimester all the way to the labour, only because he wanted me to give birth the way I wanted to and in the place I wanted to ! I don’t know what I would do without you @actornakkhul ! And now , our lil munchkin also can’t do without you ! I knew that she’s gonna be a daddy’s girl the moment I saw her ! 🙂 This one week has flown by so fast that even after sleepless nights, it still feels like we held her just yesterday and that is only because of you, superdad!

We love you more that you ever know and more than we can ever show ! ,” she wrote.

On the professional front, Nakkhul has Eriyum Kannadi which he will resume shooting for after the lockdown.
